Meet Salman Masmouei

Designer and Licensed General Contractor | Founder

Salman founded Massarc in 2011 to bring design, construction, and permitting into one integrated practice. With formal architectural training from SCI‑Arc and more than 15 years of hands‑on experience, he guides projects from concept to completion with a dual perspective: how a space should be designed and how it must be built.
His work spans medical office build‑outs, commercial tenant improvements, custom residential renovations, and ground‑up construction across South Florida, always focused on functionality, feasibility, and disciplined execution.

Reza has more than 30 years of experience directing multimillion‑dollar construction and infrastructure projects for public and private clients. His background includes technical environments such as laboratories, utility plants, cold‑storage facilities, and industrial sites, along with major roadway, water, and electrical‑system improvements.

He is known for his field leadership, scheduling accuracy, CPM programming, and workforce management, consistently delivering projects with operational control and engineering rigor.

Managing Partner

Cary brings more than 25 years of commercial, multi‑family, and luxury construction experience across Chicago, Portland, Florida, and Colombia. His background includes tenant improvements, medical office build‑outs, historic restorations, and large‑scale residential projects, along with budgets ranging from $20,000 to over $10,000,000.

He leads projects with a builder’s precision, overseeing permitting, coordination, and finish phases with the same standard of craftsmanship that has defined his career.
